Logistics & Warehouse Operations (Distribution & Supply Chain) is a practical, job-focused program that prepares students for real work in warehouses, distribution centers, retail backrooms, and delivery operations. Training covers receiving, storage, picking/packing, dispatch, inventory control, documentation, and basic supply chain administration.
What students will learn
- Warehouse workflow: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch
- Inventory control: bin locations, stock counts, FIFO/FEFO basics, shrink control
- Documentation: delivery notes, dispatch lists, returns processing
- Quality & productivity: standard work, error reduction, basic KPIs
- Workplace safety & 5S: PPE, safe lifting, housekeeping, hazard awareness
- Digital skills for logistics: Excel/Google Sheets basics, simple tracking & reporting
- Customer returns and reverse logistics (basic)
