WILTOM Technical & Vocational Institute (WTVI) provides hands-on, industry-focused technical and vocational training programs in Ghana and West Africa. Our goal is to equip young people with practical skills that lead directly to real jobs, entrepreneurship, and further studies.
At WTVI, we believe every young person deserves access to high-quality training, modern tools, and supportive mentors. Our programs are designed to build confidence, creativity, and strong work ethics so that our students can succeed in today’s competitive world of work.
We work closely with industry partners to ensure that what we teach in the classroom and workshop is relevant to the needs of employers. Through projects, practical sessions, and internships, our students gain real experience and are prepared to create opportunities for themselves and their communities.
